XPAND is made of ePods: eight non-competing sales leaders helping each other expand their businesses over a period of 6 months. Based on the mastermind principle that 8 perspectives are better than one, the leaders meet to elevate their brands, marketing and sales while developing new connections and opportunities.

The Structure

Leaders meet live on Zoom to discuss crucial topics, present ideas and receive positive input. ePods share a private website to provide further input, suggestions, opportunities and info relevant to their businesses. The result is a tight-knit ePod forming lasting business bonds, continual promotional profiles and a no-cost sales force. After six months the epod site remains active – but each leader becomes an XPAND Pilot and continues with their own ePod – and joining the XPAND Creative Network.

You have sufficient leadership qualities and are teachable to coordinate your own ePod.

You are willing to focus on rapid sales expansion for yourself and other leaders.

How much does XPAND cost?

$145 per month is the membership dues. After completing the first two months of your 6-monht ePod, leaders become paid Pilots coordinating their own ePods supported by XPAND resources; publications; their online ePod; and Genius Simple workshops.

Pilots still pay monthly dues but they are paid: e.g. 7 leaders x $50 per month = $350 total per month, $4,200 per year while substantially expanding your own business.

Pilots also can join the XPAND Creative Network, enjoying full access at no charge.

Marketing can be a money pit. ePods let me constantly improve and expand my sales…and get paid for it.

What exactly are ePods?

ePods are 8 non-competing business owners or sales leaders, bonded together to expand their businesses. They have Zoom meetings and a private website, generating connections, ideas, tactics and strategies. They also have rotating accountability partners. The life of an ePod is 6 months. XPAND is not a multilevel, but XPAND Pilots are paid to coordinate their own ePads for continued sales expansion.

What if I want out?

ePods are not cults. You may quit at any time.

How much are Pilots paid?

After two months in their first ePod, XPAND leaders become Pilots. Pilots are paid $50 per month per leader in their ePod or $350 per month or $2,100 at the end of each ePod. In addition Pilots are given access and can promote in the XPAND Creative Network.

Can I Pilot more than one ePod?

Yes.

How much time does XPAND take?

Roughly 4 hours per month. 1 meetings of 3 hours each month plus a 1 hour meeting with your accountability partner.

What are meeting like?

just over Optional: There are 15 minute hangouts before and after each meeting.

Suggested Agenda:

10 minutes Genius Simple “Kernel”
40 minutes (8 Leaders x 5 minutes, updates)
60 minutes 4 Leaders x 15 minutes – Progress report with open feedback
10 minute break –
60 minutes 4 Leaders x 15 minutes – Progress report with open feedback
10 minutes – Pilot assigns accountability partners and wraps up meeting

What is the ePod private website like?

Private Password Protected Site
Profiles of each Leader and their business (alphabetical order by business name)
Meetings are recorded and posted securely on the site – not on youtube.com
8 Projects in Progress – Members can make suggestions, comments, associated opportunities
Bulletins – requests, announcements to the whole ePod

What is the Curriculum?

In the beginning Leaders are given an e-version of the 5^th edition of the book Genius Simple Branding.

At the end of the first ePod Leaders are given Genius Simple Marketing.
